Are you an architecture firm?
No. Kettlinger Studio is not an architecture or engineering firm and does not provide services requiring those licenses. We bring 10+ years of residential design experience, from modest homes to high-end custom projects. We only accept projects that fit our scope and confirm eligibility before you pay for drawing work.
What's actually in the design drawing set?
Typically: dimensioned floor plans, exterior elevations, sections, schedules, and a conceptual site plan, plus up to 3 design reviews. Structural and MEP engineering are separate.
Do you handle site design?
We include a conceptual site plan showing home placement and setbacks. Surveying, grading, drainage, utilities, and other civil work are separate.
Why does everything start with a call?
To confirm fit, answer questions, and get you set up. If we can't take the project, we'll tell you before you spend money.
What if I already have a design and just want the drawing set?
That's fine. Send us what you have and we can quote the drawing set directly.
